All this smack talking has got me fired up to have some fun. Let's have a smackdown on Fork in November. Either the 1st, the 8th, or the 22nd of November.

Rules are subject to amendment, tournament hours will be determined when date is selected.

Official Rules are simple:
Individual Tournament -- no partners saving your butt...
Maximum 2 competitors per boat -- so each has their own livewell.
Must be a registered member of FTN with a post count greater than 10 to enter.
A legal limit of 5 Bass per angler as defined by TPWD for Lake Fork.
No bank fishing and competitors must stay in the boat to land fish.
Random draw for takeoff position at "The Ramp"

Entry Fee
$25.00 Entry Fee -- required
$5.00 Optional Big Bass entry

Payout
1st Place Big Stringer -- total pool minus $25.00
2nd Place Big Stringer -- $25.00

1st Place Big Bass -- total pool minus $10
2nd Place Big Bass -- $10.00

Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

So that means Billy & Kay in the same boat competeing against each other? As long as its not on the 8th ( IBC ) I would pay for that.

I'll bring BEER.

I understand that there will be conflicts and I doubt that this will be the last Smackdown. So I apologize up front if the date chosen conflicts with an already scheduled event you are attending. I promise I am trying to make it work for the majority of people. I am open all 3 weekends -- as far as I know... :-)

Kay and I have an event on the 15-th along with the mighty Sinker.. A little East vs West thingee..
Other than that... We're good for when ever...

Shaun, The competition with her NEVER stops.

She is in a constant mode of competition...

We've fished a few individual events this year
together.. Legends, Skeeter and the McDonald's..

It is interesting to say the least...

OOOPPPPS

Coming to Lake Fork this November is our first Super Teams event. It will have a different pay structure than any other tournament out there with the potential for a $11,500 payday based on 100 teams if you were to sweep first place on both days and the BB pots. We were going to wait until next year to introduce this format but I am excited and just can't wait. I only have 2 short months to promote this event but with everyones help and the crowds that will be on the lake at McDonalds BB and the Berkley tournament I know the promotions can be done.
I will be seeking sponsorship support for this event as well as our 2009 events over the next 2 months so if you want to get some good exposure and help sweeten the pot and make this an even better event for our anglers now is the time to get on board.

A special Saturday church service will be held at one of the local churchs.

I've landed a 7 plus the last 3 of 4 times out there this fall. 7.63, 8.15, 7.49...
Senko, Spinnerbait, Crankbait... not one fish made it to 23" I was by myself each time with no camera in the boat too.

I think we need to have it in December or Janurary.
If its in November, there's no way I can fish it. Already got a full calander in November.
