I had grown so sick of the political ads over the last week... I am glad it's over. Now we just have to see if things improve.
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

By the grace of God... I truly hope we do see an improvement but I’m skeptical about the choice America has made. I hope the will of God has been done here and I will be praying for him to lead our great nation! We may have witnesses a change in American culture where the “The land of Opportunity” for those who work hard and keep there nose to the grind stone shall prosper but that isn’t the theme in America anymore. Opportunity is looked at as a “Hand Out” from our government…The more hand outs the further behind we’ll fall as a great nation. It’s truly sad!!

The view expressed here are not the opinion of this forum but our MINE.

Like Oz, I will give him a chance. (what choice do we have?) But if he screws up, I will criticize him like I would any other president.
My worry: Will people be quick to label the critics as racist? I hope not, but am afraid that will be the case.

Gotta love my county. Kaufman County voted 67% for McCain.
Dallas Co. was the only county in North Texas to go 'Crats. Of course, there are very few Texans still living in Dallas.

I always wondered what they were going to do to you after you were dead. :-) I think it was Massachussetts though.

I am afraid things are going to get MUCH worse before they get better. I hope not but I am really afraid they will.

I have not finished my artwork yet so there is no sense in trying to get hats started without that complete.

I need to get moving on it soon though because I am down to 1 hat left.
