Work, Work, and More Work.... Doesn't matter if I am here in the office or at home. The only way I was going to get out of working around the house was if I needed surgery... Looks like I still have to work around the house.

The wife calls it physical therapy.... :-(
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Snowed down here this morning so nothing warm here. Fishing on fire though. Pictures from Sunday.

I personally want to go North into the snow and sit in a tree in Kansas one more week but don't think the wife will let it swing.

Man ---I've been giving some thought to taking the toon down to Port Isabel or Port A and fishing the Jetty's or the ICW and look for some big Reds or what ever.. I got 11-days to figure something out... I want to get salty and load the cooler..

In my flip flops.....

Last time I was at Port A, the toons were out in full force.. I was amazed how well they took the chop in the main body inside the jetties where it can get Rough. Mines a 22'footer with a 90 4-stroke Yamaha.. Toonlicous...

I may have a change in plans....

I think Kay and I are going to Falcon, I've been talking to Debra Hengst.. She guides down there and I've never had a Lady guide, so this may be a first..

I know Debra, and she cool to be around. I know Kay will enjoy the trip, with a female guide.

I say ---- just turn me loose and I'll find some fish sooner or later.
Big rods and braid for this trip..
Anyone been there lately??

Looks like I will be taking the girls deer hunting after the new year. Other than that, we will be trying to get all the work done around the house that has been lingering.

Based on the current forcast, I don't think I will be pulling the boat out of the garage for a few weeks at least... :-)

Gonna be laid back around here. We are going to put Christmas together and then kick back around the fireplace most evenings. Sonny will be home from UT Wednesday and he will be working with me several days a week until after the 1st of the year. Brenda and I will be hitting the movie houses and restaurants. I suspect that Chuck and I will make a couple of runs out to Fork when we like the weather.
Thanking the Lord, all day long
