I made it to El Salto...My brother has not...His flight was delayed and he will not get here until 11:00pm tonight...I went out for maybe two hours and my first fish on a Vision Lures JD Spin was a 8.5 which is my best out here to date .Guy's I tell you check out www.visionlures.com and look for the JD spin El Salto lure custom I had custom made for this trip...Dave has done an outstanding job and I look for Big catches at Fork this year... OK guys, Sorry for the delay the PC went down yesterday...The fishing is really off right now for reason. Numbers are way down but the big fish are here...Yesterday I landed an 8 on a power worm and my brother had a 7. Jim is upgrading outing...He has also posted an 8 tonight on a Senko bait C-Rig...C-rigs are producing best which is killing me. The spinner bait fish have gone away and no fish on cranks period. No top water at all..TX rigs and C-rigs are the best on the flats in 15-20ft...Today we ended up with around 40fish...I really hope tomorrow is better because 40 fish a day is really bad for El Salto. There was one 11.00 that a 10 year old kid caught yesterday... I'll have lots a pics when I return. Here are the first three fish I caught using the Vision Lures JD Spin 3/4oz spinner bait...Now you tell me it doesn't catch big fish!! these fish were all in the 8lbs range with the frist pushing 9lbs. I did get a 9 lb on a Rat-L-Trap...    OzzieFish "Glory to GOD in the Highest" | ||||||||||||
