Hey all,
I have lost three crank baits in the last two weeks, and broke one rod tip trying to get a rattle trap loose :-(. (Hush Picou)
I'm thinking about getting a couple swimming baits here pretty soon.I really don't like the idea of a $25 lure hung up down to where I can't reach.
So it has me thinking about lure retrievers.Do they work? Does anyone here use them?
Thanks
Shaun
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

GM,

Yes, they work. Even if you only retrieve one $25 lure it has paid for it self.

They do work however don't trust the string that come with them replace it with something stronger. FYI, on El Salto the guide had a rock with 50 pound test wrapped around the rock that he tied off to the line and it worked like a charm :-)
