If it was a one dayer, we would have probably fished. Tommy, his wife and the new grandbabe are coming out Sunday to cookout.

Chuck is picking up his ride today. I think we are going to check out his boat tomorrow.

Those are some serious sacks of unders, especially to do it two days in a row. I am very impressed for sure at these teams ability to catch the 2+ pound fish...

Honestly, it's been my observation over the last 3-years in 90% of the tournaments on LF all you needed was a high 9 sack of fish to get a ck.

In addition to that, the lake and the fish are in exceptional condition. By far the healthiest I've seen in 10 years.

The bar for the moment has been raised, you better bring your "A" game in every event.
This past weekend was a true battle of the Titans. Never have I seen so many large limits brought to the scales. Absolutely amazing, it speaks highly of the skill levels these anglers have..

We've been doing this for a while now, and to bring in the largest 5-fish limit of unders
"EVER" and to only place 3-rd should give you a hint of the competitions ability.

It is exciting to say the least, not many overs being reported or seen by us, whatz up with that??
Congrats to the Gang, and especially my Grande Bass Team mate Mr. Zach Hughes. Outstanding Job from the brothers two.

What is up with Gil Phillips? 10.70 and 11.57

11.46 to win the Individual.
10.93 for 2nd in the Championship

He is always by himself and always in the cash.

I don't think I could get lucky enough to catch a 10 lb. sack by myself let alone an 11+

Thanks guys and Billy hit the nail on the head.....

Wow is all I can say. Weigh in an 11.11 on Saturday and be sitting in 4th going to the final day, CRAZY. This weekend was truely crazy. You had the very best out there like Billy said and it was neck and neck all the way to the final bell. We just got lucky and found the right ones in a concentrated area. Like Billy said 9's are money usually but now I don't really know what its gonna take each event. Going into the last day staring at the names in front of us was pretty demoralizing....Chuck Turner, Eric, Billy, then us....that's not the crowd you want to be behind for sure. All these studs are bad arse and you know they are always gonna bring the heat day in and day out. Like I said we just got lucky and caught the cookie sutters on the final day.

Wish I could cloan for this weekend.....
