Hey guys, y'all hold the fort down. Kay and I will be at the Lake from this Friday to Monday week.
My cell will be on, if you show up give me a shout.

I'll see some of you on the 28th Media Super Teams event .

I have 3-goals to achieve while on Vacation:
1. win super teams
2. win the bbft this saturday.
3 break the 10-lb barrier for Kay's PB.

All doable, but it won't be easy...

Good luck, and good fishing to all.

I saw where Billy and Kay ended up 2nd and 3rd out of 70 entries for the BBFT Saturday.
I fished it. Only caught 2 slots and 3 dinkers. I was too lazy to go look for bedders. Was trying something different. Didn't work that great, lol.
Man I stink. I have been averaging about 5-6 a trip lately.
Thanking the Lord, all day long

And that is different than any other day how???

I heard the fishing was tuff this weekend. That just amazes me because I figured the fishing was on fire since I could not make it to the lake. :-) Ya'll must be trying to make me feel better about not making it out.... :-)

Hopefully it gets better before the Super Teams this weekend.

One thing I never looked for were beds...From what I here that's how they're catch'em right now. I won't bed fish for fun on Fork, those poor fish are being attacked by everyone right now. It was crazy nad out there this weekend...Boat were lined up along the shore lines...

Birch and Glade looked like Walmart Parking lot during a free beer give away. Fish on beds everywhere looked for pre-spawn fish but couldn't get bit either. Had to settle for the bed fish to catch fish hate that. Did see some crazy stuff a guy fell in the lake right in front of me, there was a capsized boat along 515, and a guy with his truck in a ditch with his boat facing the wrong way in the road. So beware lots of tards running around.

It is definately a shame how packed Fork gets this time of year. I wish everyone would see the toads coming out of Choke right now and go beat that lake up for a while...

Tell the truth Yank... Did you laugh when the guy fell out of the boat? :-) Hopefully the only thing he hurt was his pride. I had not heard about the capsized boat but hopefully they got out ok.

Be careful out there everyone...

I saw the capsized boat on my way home Sunday. It was at the 515 west bridge.

The minnow Bucket was a mad house. Trucks and boats lined both side of the highway from Oakridge to the 154 public ramp.

I'm happy to say that we caught fish Friday, Saturday and Sunday and only saw three or four boats all day:-)
