First off I want to remind everyone that both of these events are Skeeter Real Money and BassCat Quest sanctioned events. It just keeps getting better folks. Mr. Buchanan of Buchanan Associates has stepped up and guaranteed bonus payouts of $400 per event in Bass Pro gift cards for the remaining 5 events in the Lake Fork Spring Teams series. That gives 3 additional teams the opportunity to cash in on these bonus prizes if they did not cash in the 1 in 5 payouts. Thanks Mr. Buchanan and Kay Dyson for making this possible, I appreciate it and I can assure you that my anglers will appreciate it as well. I will be watching about 5 forcasts for today and trying to make that decision based on the info they provide, if all forcasters are adament about the high winds and wind advisories we will most likely trailer tomorrow. Watch these forums for updates this evening. | ||||||||||||

Looks like I will be fishing this one with ya'll tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about the trailering but the water I wanted to fish will be pounded by the winds so I have some time to think up a new plan.  Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Trailering Updates: Lake Fork the winds are predidcted to be 5 to 15 with gust to 20 tomorrow afternoon. At this point it does not look like we will trailer. Registration at the Minnow Bucket this evening and beginning at 5:15 in the morning inside the restaurant at the Minnow Bucket. If these weather guys miss it we will make an adjustment to trailer in the morning. Lake Texoma: At this point all signs point towards us having to trailer. If we do trailer Diane and my son Chris will be doing registration and boat check at the Highport Ramp and I will be going to Kingston, Oklahoma and do registration and boat check at Texoma Tackle. I will be there by 5:00am. All boats will have to weigh in at Highport Marina at their appropriate weigh-in time as noted on their poker chip. After registration and boat check you may go to the ramp of your choice and launch but cannot leave that ramp until your appropriate start time of 1st. Flight boats 1-20 6:45am start time and 3:00pm weigh time. Second flight boats 21-40 7:00am start time and 3:15pm weigh time. I will update on Texoma tomorrow but at this time this is most likely how it will go. For Texoma anglers who want to pre-fish tomorrow and have not pre registered you may call me @ 214-773-5451 and do a CC application over the phone, that will allow you to be on the lake tomorrow. | ||||||||||||

I will do updates later this evening. Lake Fork Winners Eric Wright/Robert Feagin 5 unders for 12.34 with a 2.96 Football BB $1800 + $180 BB based on 37 teams with 36 paid entries. Texoma Winners Kevin and Jessica Thompson 20.58 with a 8.95 beauty. $1500 + $230 BB based on 23 teams. Thanks to all the anglers who joined us at these events and congrats to all the winners. I have not had a chance to really go thru them yet Billy. I assume that Mark will have the results to me today and I will go thru all the images then to get them posted with the results. I ended up working on the Barn after Church and was whooped by dinner time. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
