Heading to Seguin next weekend to visit Wes so figure I better practice my boiling techniques to ensure a quality product. 48 lbs of crawfish were boiled and none were left so I must have done alright. Don't hate the player PQ!

Never invite two 19 yr old boys to eat at your house! I was peeling for Josh and Ellyse and that little plate is what they left for me to eat. I had to fill up on Bud Light, potato, and sausage.

I showed those pictures to Connie and she insisted we eat crawfish yesterday. I paid $3.10 per pound for a 30 pound sack but it was delicious....

Looks like some mighty fine eating there.

I'll be on Caddo this coming weekend for a PVA fishing event. They are having as boil Friday night. Can't wait.
Thanking the Lord, all day long

And I was complaining about the $1.30 lb here. That is until I went to the grocery store and spent more there for the boil than the crawfish costed.

BTW PQ, it is all just a story until you post some pictures.
