My thoughts that in the best interest of our team members we will be rescheduling our Ray Hubbard Spring Teams event that was scheduled for March 21, 2010.
March tournaments can be unpredictable at best and with the forcast of winds at 20 mph to 30 mph and windchills in the teens at start time with little improvement throughout the day it just makes no sense to put you guys through this kind of event.
The major issue I have is the lack of boat ramps that will be useable in these extreme NW winds. Even if we trailer most contestants will have to venture out from Chandlers to access the river up North.
I hope you understand and we will look forward to our next event on Ray Hubbard, April 18, 2010.
For those teams that are pre registered we will roll the entry to the April 18 event or refund money whichever you prefer.

Good call Mark.
That snow is just winding through the area we live in. I bet we have 2 inches here.

We have 5" plus here at my home in Mesquite. Its absolutely nuts. Someone said this is our 7th snow of the season. Three of those seven I know were significant snows with accumulations up to 12".

Its all clear out here in Weatherford. Tom, whats it supposed to do tomorrow out there? When I looked online it looks to be cold but sunny. I was planning on making one last trip out to Fork before leaving for New Jersey on Wednesday. I sure hope the weather cooperates because I am going anyway.

Cool in the morning.

Water will just be a bit colder for sure. Good luck. Be safe if going it alone.

We have over 6" of snow up here in NE Collin County and we are still waiting on the sunshine. The wind is howling!!! I hope they canceled Elliots.

The water on Fork in main lake will not be as effected as backs of the creeks. If you are going tomorrow Chuck, I would stay main lake and avoid places that are getting runoff.
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
