Saw one of these on Friday and Wes thought I was smokin crack. They are about the size of a penny.

I saw them all over the lake this weekend... So I spent a little time on Google and sure enough they are freshwater jellyfish. They are not a risk to humans. They appear to be transported in Water Hyacinth and have been found in 43 different stated in the US... They feed on Zooplankton and it appears that nothing other than crawfish are a natural predator of them.
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

So how was it Picou.....did you move or what?

Yall didn't think about that.

One eyed pickles............

They've always been there. But they are very rare and only come out between dusk and 4 am. Williams is a very good spot to find em too. Usually on the north bank.
