The pillars have been HOT lately,but that bite can be real fickle at times. The deep fish are here one day and gone the next. Total crap shoot in 100' degree temps. We'll be running and gunning spots all day. Gonna burn some fuel this Saturday.. I only fished 3-1/2 hrs Saturday, Some nice slots and 1 real good weigher, and 4, 1.5-1.0 lb fish. Nothing spectacular, but only fished till 9:30 maybe 13-14 fish total. All down South. Sunday I fished 4-hrs, went North and West, it took a while, but I found the ones we seek, and not at the time I expected either.
