I fish Ti once or twice a year- Its about the best lg mouth fishing within three/four hours of me. Spooks under the south exposure of the fort, in the morning.
Toads & pads.
Back channel weed edges jiggin. Channel breaks jiggin.
Typically I fish it later in the summer- towards Fall - but- If you launch at the Ti launch, Go South and you dont have to go too far in the morning thats for sure. Expect stained water, I know thats not typical Champlain - there is a little current in the channel, the setbacks, creek inlets and bays are more weedy and stained and there is more largemouth holding water than up North.
Enough from me- this is a green bass board and mine mostly have stripes- anything I figured out over the years - you'll figure out right away Yank. - and no matter how you do, you can count on this--- Zeeter is gonna bust your stones ;)

Zeetard don't bother me none when he's fishin in this dreadful hot weather been teachin his wife just what yankee doodle dandy really means. Pounded fish every day in front of the Ti Fort then kablam two trolling motor mount screws pulled through the fiber glass (cheap asz skeeter) and had to fish 7 hours during the tourney with no tp for my bung hole and it was freakin windy. Does Zeet know voodoo cause I definitely lost my mojo along with my black cat bone.

No, we don't really know what the hell happened. But we got tossed around like a bull rider with his hand stuck. Was runnin through what they call the narrows with only a small chop on the water. No other boats anywhere near me, no visible wakes, then all hell broke loose. Boat was 3 feet in the air 5 or 6 times and came down hard boucin from side to side. I mean outta control. All I can figure is an ocean liner came through there before we did and we got squeezed between the wakes deflecting and comin back together from both shores. Were pullin 17 to 18 pound bags for three days and only weighed 6.10 cause we couldn't keep the boat in postion. I'm fine with that at least nobody nobody got hurt.
