Some young men, a few of us may know have been caught stealing equipment at a very reputable location on the lake. (fishing gear) Lots of information is being gathered as you read this, all indications by ages of the perpetrators these guys have not been committing this type of crime for any length of time. SO, the hopes of catching the criminals that committed these crimes for years ???? it's not these guys IMHO...They're to young. It's not the same guy's that were on video taking my stuff. I'm like you Billy I think these guy's were just getting started. Crying shame Don't think they even needed money. Both of the men in my video were in their 30's or early 40's. | ||

They impounded the truck they were in and it looks very similar to the one that was there when your stuff was taken Steve.It's a sore spot for me, because the juvi involved screwed the championship I was in last year in a working mans with a cut tail.................it was a big deal here abouts and because he was a kid the tpw took his side and my partner, the t director was rung out by tpw...........glad to see justice. f...in little s..t............................any way, I,ve met his father enough to know that the kid has no moral home life......and will probably not have much of a positive future......................I will be praying for him and his father.............and mother. | ||

Crazy.... I thought that lil bastage meant no harm but it just goes to show you.........he fished several tournies against us this year and would always come up and talk to me around my boat and gear. The Drug "Meth" is very powerful. It's addiction can, and will cause some to do stupid stuff daily. The drug problem is rampant ever where, it’s even worse with these kids in the country, they don't have a lot of things or people to choose from in everyday life. It's real easy to get going down the wrong path, obviously this Kiddo has been going down it for a while.. Sorry about your situation with the kid Mark, as you can now see, what goes around will always come around. Some real justice would be nice in this circumstance. KBD Fishing | ||

I guess I'm glad the kids got caught before it was a grand type operation...Meth is a horrible thing it completely changes people! May have been. Spoiled little rich kids do this stuff for kicks. these guys are not your typical meth heads.........they did not need the money when they cheated at the tourney last year. plenty of money in moms purse and way easier. been wantin' to pop a knot on him and his dads heads for a while. They both got a mouth on em bigger than Dallas.Just burns me up what I know these guys have been gettin' away with for a while.......just couldn't prove it. Yeah.... I agree, I don't think it was for Meth money for sure. Maybe a little smoke and play money. I think the lil dumbo ••• was just doing it was because it was so easy! Here's the way I see it. We have let the liberal crybaby's get away with so much that these thing's just slide buy. I think we should go with barbaric measures like they do in third world countries. You steal you lose a hand. You steal again you lose the other hand. I can promise you if we brought back the electric chair and fried people on the 6:00 oclock new's for kidnapping, raping, and murdering little girl's it would soon stop. The problem is that very seldom does the punishment fit the crime. I lost several thousand dollar's worth of hard earned stuff and nothing would happen to them if they were caught. Something is wrong with a system like that. | ||

He is not a meth head or a drinker that I know of, and I have been around him and his dad a lot. I think he is just acting out, his dad has a hard time with him because he works 12-14 hour days 5 days a week to make house payments. His mother died from cancer last year and him and his dad have had a tough time adjusting $$$ wise and what not. I honestly don't think they cut a tail, maybe I have blinders up but there was a tournament we fished together where a fish ended up with a smashed tail that looked like someone took a razor blade to it (a whole 13" fish) and smashed its jaw to hell. That champion had a thick plate that seperates the livewells that is sharp as hell and on a hard turn slams closed...nothing zip ties didn't fix. Really sucks he stole stuff, but I'm sure 2 ugly sticks and 3 scrap trolling motor batteries shouldn't be a capital offense. I am 99.9999% sure it was an isolated case...regardless he really pissed on my family stealing from our marina of all places. If it makes anyone feel better I know he has been working roofing houses lately...something I wouldn't want to do in 100 degree heat lol. | ||

Well I don't want to beat a dead horse here.... as far as the cut tail goes I was there and saw the fish in question, along with about 20 other guys.. I believe they were fishing in his partners boat. maybe his partner cut the tail...we dont no..either way he was a partner in crime. Trust me .....that fish wasn,t banged up from a livewell...... |
