Thought I would share some smokin' deals on Kansas whitetail hunts with you guys for this season. There are still 399 non resident leftover deer permits available for 2010 in Unit 10 where most of our properties are located. You also get an additional unit when you order your tag which you would request Unit 14. This will cover all of our properties at this time.
Special Hunt Pricing Listed Below.
Hello my name is Mark Howard with J C Outdoors Adventures. I wanted to share my access to the farm country surrounding Topeka, KS with a few folks this deer season. I have access to numerous properties in Kansas where the potential is always there for that Kansas trophy of a lifetime but the opportunity for archery hunters to get there P&Y trophy are high. We have multiple properties that will range from a minumum of 40 acres up to 480 acres with many in the 160 acre range. I have stands in place but I am open to you bringing your climbers or lock ons to adjust the setup the way you like. We also have pop up blinds for a quick setup on a hot trail.
The cost of these hunts is $1500 and does not include lodging or meals. These are self guided land access type hunts. While I will be there to help you tour the properties, retrieve game, or tweak a setup you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the various properties. Most hunts in this part of Kansas will run $3500. For the $1500 price tag you will be allowed access to all properties in our portfolio. We encourage the harvest of doe deer during these hunts as the populations are very high in this part of Kansas. Our properties lie in Units 10, 11, 14 and special unit 19.
We are offering all seasons hunts muzzleloader, unit 19 early rifle, archery and late rifle. Your hunt will allow you 1 half day hunt on arrival and 4 full day hunts followed by a half day on the last day.
Applications for tags ends on Friday April 30th but due to the large number of tags available those that have missed the deadline have been able to purchase surplus non resident tags over the counter for the past few years.
Call me if you would like to discuss a hunt opportunity. There are numerous affordable motels as well as access to rv parks and camping areas thus keeping your cost down.

I can be reached at 214-773-5451 or mhowardc@aol.com

I am headed back up mid September to put out cameras and start some bait stations. I have mineral licks allready in place. I have pics of deer harvested in that area but none on trail cameras.
