Thanks guys. Valentine just rolled in from Austin and it is her birthday party as well. Val is on the 29th. I got ribeyes and new york strips on sale at Trophy Kroger in Rockwall/Heath today at 3.99 a pound, man I stocked up. Doing some yard bird and hot links on the smoker as well.
