4 stress cracks, a ruptured kidney, and a bad wind burn...... No it was good, we ended up getting 4th but should have done better. Jumped a couple off then stuck two off beds that got wrapped up and pulled off and never bit again. Fish bit all day long but most were big ol slots and they pulled like heck. Ma the Triton took it like it was glass. I have to say anyone that does not use Optima Blue Tops is asking for trouble. We stayed in the wind all day and my trolling motor was never a issue. Only problem encountered came with dinky fish, couldn't find them. We did wack some good post and prespawn females. Best 5 was pushing 38lbs which made it fun but not productive. |
