I was just thinking that on the first event it would keep the numbers of people down a little so as not too overwelm billy's deck.....plus the alure of goin' head to head with some of these skalywags.....I'm laughin' just thinkin' about it......but bein' a fish and chips,I would think everyone would want to choose their partner.... Anyways..Chuck has real nice scales from the workin' man's and all.......you guy's open too PQ and Billy makin' a small profit....and the rest go too Fishers of men big brother fishin' series....just sayin'..Rick Collis...A true texas fishing legend nearing the end of his career has recently through his church taken on a 14 year old troubled child through this program..their are 4 tourneys in this series...2 at winnsboro and 2 at fork and they have managed too win the first 2....unbelievable for this kid.....not only bein' able too fish with Rick...but winnin'!!!!!Rick say's this kid is awsome...just never has had a chance in life.....I don't know...just a thought......... | |||||||||

Chuck, Aggie & BH... Absolutely... How about Tom C, Sinkey, Mark, and Simms??? Ya'll want to play? The cap is 16 entries -- max of 4 places paid (1 in 4 @ 100% payaback). I would prefer no guides allowed but will accept the majority rule on this one. The dealing can be self dealt -- 2 decks per table and the person in front of the dealer shuffles the out of play deck. We have to pick a date and discuss entry fee. I am thinking 75 - 100 dollar entry. Is that too much? Looks like the first Saturday date that there is not a Media, JCO, or Bass Champs conflict is June 11th. After that it pushes to July. The next thought is that we have the poker part of the event the night of April 30th after the JCO teams and the fishing part on Sunday. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Sounds like a great event for charity--I'm all in for that.. No need for a profit on my end, let’s just call that my skin in the game... $100.00 bucks is good, maybe use a 50/50 split. $50.00 fishing $50.00 chips.. I know for a fact Maxwell loves poker, and we all know his fishing prowess.. The deck is HUGE, but don't forget about the boat house it's got plenty of room for 3-4 tables and it's covered--on the water, if we still have any by then.. 24-enterys would work if we need to expand, I sure as heck wouldn't want to be the one to tell ANYONE they couldn't contribute to a charity. Bo---My son-n-law has a monster pit at his place we could bring it over to the forktress to cook on.. Mind you, this baby is big, I wouldn't want to try and fill it up. Well... back too my original post...half a day fishin' and half a day gittin drunk and tryin' to gamble........As far as the charity thing goes...that was just my big... heart...LOL..I just thought it would be fun for most of us regulars on here too get together on some kinda' event and see what happened....thought maybe if we all got along well....we could do sumpin' with it in the future...and not only promote FTN but have fun doin' it....I don't care about promotin' myself or lake fork or makin' money on it initialy but maybe if it went off people would hear about it and help PQ's numbers go up.......As far as dates.....May 21st looks sweeet. I know.. I know..Zeet and Stianky was hopin'for all the old men too get drunk playin' poker the night before fishin' and then they could try too re-ape us at way in ....but that ain't happenin'...hahahahehehe..young arse punks......next day after tourney's for old men are for likin' your wounds and countin' zeet and stianks money....hahahaahaaaaaa...and wakin' up wit' they hoe's and chuin' your arm off.......instead a wakin' um up...hahaha...a...hahahahahhehehehhhahahaaa...
