Where can I get a good electric fillet knife? Please don't say Mister Twister or the salt water series. The gears strip out on them real quick or they burn up and start shocking me. Tryed a brand new Black & Decker yesterday and it did not make one catfish. Any old knife will get by on crappie, I'm talking cafish like these
