A big thank you goes out to the 28 teams who ignored the weathermen and joined us to fish on this forecasted rainy day. Well the rains never came and although a little chilly the fishing was smokin' hot. With near limits for everyone we heard of several teams and one solo angler speak of catching numbers in the 50 to 60 bass per boat. Nine pound limits were the order of the day with the team of Chris Moore and Hal Gay topping the field with a 9.92 pound limit. Coming in at second place was the team of Mark Huffman and Chuck Turner with 9.69 and rounding out the top 3 was James Quillman and Tommy Sikes with 9.58 and the Big Bass of the event at 2.28 lbs. Thanks again and I hope you will join us at our next team event on March 31, 2011, our next event on Fork is our Lake Fork Solo Series this weekend on March 18th $80 per angler includes BB. On our solo series it is one adult angler per boat and we also have Jr. Angler competition off the back deck for angler 16 years of age and younger who will be competing for a $50 gift card from our sponsor Fishermens One Stop. Grab a Jr. Angler and come join us this weekend. Be Blessed Mark and Diane Howard Results: Rank Angler/Team Num.
