I went and checked this morning. The tornado went through right where the old flying saucer is on 276. Lots of damage through there and just before it crossed 276. A few commercial buildings tore up and a prefab home wrecked on the North side and houses damaged badly south of 276 as well. I take it that it was the same one that came through Forney. Around 2:00pm Monday a big boomer came through our end of Fork.. Rained hard for 30-40 mins with high winds and a bunch of lightening. I knew we was gonna start getting this stuff sooner or later.. Yesterday was pretty rough by anyone standards. I'm very happy no one I know got hurt.. |
