Would these compression numbers concern you or do they look to be in-line with an 2006 Yamahooper HPDI #1 is 112 #2 is 115 #3 is 115 #4 is 110 #5 is 115 and #6 is 112 Educate me please. |

As long as they are even on all cylinders..Gauges very from one to the next. The more important issue is cylinder leak down. This is done with a special gauge and air pressure. Those numbers look fine to me and indicate no problems. Hope this helps Charles. |

I agree with Pickle. I had my Merc EFI rebuilt last summer because it had one cylinder at 50 and another at 75. All others were in the 110 range. My bass club webpage http://texbass.8m.com/
