Lookin for a deep (that's 20 feet not 5) crank color that will work in clear water throw the dog a bone. I keep crankin and nothins takin. I think the deep cranks DD22s etc.....might be too big compared to the bait fish they be eatin down there.

Down size Rick...go small dia line to, and use a rod that has a parabolic action or find a good glass rod.. like 5-6lb test.. Your gonna get mad a lot till you figure out how to set the hook and not break off.. Once you do you'll have a blast. Many of the thin rapalas will get down there, if you rig it like a C-rig with a weight out front a few feet and Long line that puppy a 100 yds on points you'll catch'm.. I did when I was up north on the columbia river. Caught a lot of walleye to doing that and some big brown trout.

I have yet to figure out deep cranks so I will keep my opinions to myself. Seems no matter where I throw them I catch 12 inch fish on a 6 inch bait....
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

All right thanks Forkin dudes. I can see classic bait balls with big schools of bigger fish underneath em on the screen down to 25 to 30 feet catch 2 or 3, but I wanna catch em all.How them guys do that. Spent hours last night caught 2 on the tilapia color and we don't even have tilapia but it looks like a perch..... had 5 rods rigged with different color DDs. I gotta get better.....drives me nuts..........guess puttin in more time...might help. I was a strollin and my buddy was a rollin.

I got an Idea....... take your crankbait box with both hands! Break it over your knee and throw them expensive limb hangers away.

Get a drop shot and go to work!

Dont say I never helped you OLD MAN!

The fish are way up off the bottom, any you boyz ever try to hang a drop shot vertical in a school of fish 5 to 10 feet off the bottom. I'm gonna measure how man inches by reel takes up per turn and try to hang one right in their fish faces. I hate thos suspending beeitches....think their so fn cool just hanging around doin nothin all day.
