It's amazing how the lake fishes so different on week days... Not much traffic at all, you can pick and choose your spots at will.. I had a couple of good days --- Monday&Tuesday.. Can't sleep very well of late, on the water by 5:00am both days. Honked the truck horn as I passed Pickles house ea. morning--no response.. LOL.. Best fish was a high end 8 pushing 9... Lots of fun slot fish and some fattie unders.... The lake is in great shape down south never left there either day.... | ||

Hey Dru... I gotta tell you Jeff is one of the nices human beings I've ever met. The whole family is that way, awesome folks, couldn't ask for any better.. He's a long liner like I've never seen before, he likes to let it loose. LOL taught me a lot about it. | ||

There are 3 sets of green lights over there with 2 being in front of the dock I will be on so I will catch a bass at least. Geez. I just hope this free beer isn't a lager or dark | ||

Lol...I know a guy over in Little Mustang. We fished off of all of those docks last night. We caught some bass but nothing big. Might have to come see you next time. | ||

big fish today was only 7-6oz.@ 20-foot around 8:00am mag trick worm-grnpump.. Dru, I fished some of his new topwater baits today too, the fish in our area were just slap'n at the bait.. 4-blowups no hookups. Yesterday with cloud cover Jeff caught 14 in Penson on T/W's then switched to sq-bills and did good in the 7-10 foot range. Shawn I'm gonna fish Fri Sat Sun.next week till the chemo knock's my richard in the dirt--usually 5 days after the fact.. Treatment this coming Wed.. prolly fish salty's from the toon an get hammered while i can, before i have to get on the anti-bots on the 5-th day... can't drink taking those... I had company Sat didn't get out till Sunday morn with Jeff.. | ||
