Welp, it's my first night at St Paul's BMT center.. Kinda scary, the journey begins. I start 6 days of intense chemo in the morning at 10:00am. Gonna be a wild ride.. Woo. Just incase anyone get soft on me, they don't allow fresh or dried flowers on this sterile floor. But I do take calls, and I can-- zoom.us, it's like skipe only better, if your laptop has a camera and you have an email addy we can look at each other and shot the schit..It's really easy and very kewl. I talk to my mom & dad with it. If they can do it anyone can.. LOL | ||

Guys I tell ya I feel the power of prayer everyday, I've completed the chemo.. I shouldn't ever have to get anymore--EVER if this works. It's been an 8-month journey so far with a few more months to recovery. It's real easy to get overly emotional about things when you think you might die before your ready. Heck no is ever ready, you just push on and believe in the best out come is in store for you. I hope and pray none of you guys ever have to experince what I've had to got through, I may not have looked like I was to bad off at times, but it was a trip through HeII and I'm still on the bus. Believe it or not, I'm so dam ready to work or do something productive I'm about to explode, I feel totally useless at times. I've never been a deeply religious man, but I have always believed. I've lived my life like John Wayne(don't laugh)LOL..You never lie, cheat, or steal, and live an honest life(got that from Dad, he was John Wayne to me) That and being a beer drinking Christian, might help see me through all this mess.. Prasie the Lord I have such a great women in my wife Kay, she's been my rock to cling to, and my total commiment to push on.. When I get stronger in the early summer, ****we is gonna have a got well party at the Forktress.*** Food, rooms and spirts are on me, for all the support you guys have given. I can't thank you enough, it means a great deal to me. Billy | ||

Billy just so ya know my bro down the lake went through the same thing it's been 4 years. He hunts, fishes, and right now he's snow blowin my driveway. He's doin great, but still has a few bad day's here and there. But he's always smiling. So I told him you gotta be the happiest guy with cancer anyone has ever known, and he said that's the weed man, takes the edge off better than any of the prescriptions they we're givin me. | ||

Billy you have been in our prayers since this thing started, and I am looking forward to you being able to put this mess behind you.. As I type this I am sitting in the hospital looking at our brand new baby girl.. Haley James Grier born last night at 9:04 pm and weighing 7 lbs 11 oz Not sure what I am going to do with all these women but we will see, ha... Looking forward to seeing you guys | ||
