Our Mom could cook those things like you read about. So freaking good... Thru Oneida ice, thats an Osborn home feed special.. wow.. Our old man would bring home a couple of buckets of those eaters and we'd watch him fillet, We'd be calling our shots.. "I'm getting that one.." .. Man.. I dont know what she used to coat them with, bread crumbs and Lotsa' Love... but they'd fry up so good... If ya'll Texans have not had Perch and Walleye fried up, coming thru the Oneida Lake ice,... then you're missing something absolutely great. | ||
