Guys this was my 3rd time up there this year and the fishing is just horrible compared to years past. So if any of you plan on going don't bother you will be very disappointed... The biggest fish was a 6.74 in 3.5 days of fishing! I think I could break that in the first hour at Fork right now! The water hyacinth is really bad and is choking the lake shorelines quickly. I would say by summers end the stuff will have 50% or more of the lake covered!! The nets were supposed to be out by now but they put them back in because the Tilapia fishing was so bad this year. So with the lake low the net out with little access to deep water points and the banks covered with Hyacinth its tuff fishing. The lake is in some type of funk right now and all the resorts are flooding to the new lake 30mins from Mazatlán that just opened called “pacathous” or something like that…

Man that sucks ... This was a tuff winter to fish but glad ol fork is bustin loose....
