Despite all the rain and weather we were able to get in game 1 by moving it to Prosper and playing on their turf field. Trenton pulled away with the game 1 win (8-1 in 7 innings) moving ahead in the series 1-0 and positioning themselves for another run at regional finals. Again, channel 12 was there and played some footage during the 10:00 sports newscast. http://www.kxii.com/video?videoid=2839266 Jessica went 2 for 4 including a power slap for a two run "in the park" home run. Corey did not have as good of a game going 0 for 2 and had a sac bunt. Here is a picture of Jessica's RBI slap drag bunt:  They play game two of the series today with first pitch at 5:00PM in Sadler, Tx on the S&S High School field.
