I hated it when Media had it's final event in August, Kay turned into the fish lady.. She took great pains to keep those lil suckers kick'n with ice, peroxide, catch and release and a lot of attention. Could have cost us 2-AOY's maybe more if she hadn't been so good at it..
This heat is a killer of man and fish....

Man this aint no joke. I was more worried about keeping fish alive then finding more biting fish!

Saturday we quit 45 mins early to go weigh cause our fish started acting funky. Sunday we weighed two in early because of the same!

We used ice, keep alive, and rejuv! Pumped fresh in two times through out the day and redid the above!

Amen on that, I remember when StarMart used to have block ice, I liked it better than chunk ice, it would help keep the chunk ice longer in the compartment behind Kays seat I believe.
That compartment is a whole lot bigger in my older boat than the new boats ??? That sux's, we could get 4-blocks and 2-10lb bags in that big azz hole in the day...

What were the surface temps Zeet, I saw 83-85 down south Friday morning to noon ??
