Looking at the BassTrak on BASS webpage for the first elite... 4 of my guys only have 3 fish so far but at least Kernan has a 6 pounder in the boat. My last guy is MIA on the board but not all anglers are listed.  Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

It appears that BASS told the anglers that if any locals tell them that they are encroaching onto private property that they had to respect their wishes and move on. With high water levels I don't see how anybody could know. Skeet Reese pretty much said he did the exact same thing as Kernan and he didn't get his day 1 weight dq'd. I guess it's more of a who you are kind of deal and apparently somebody thought Mike was a threat | ||||||

The guy in 54th place was the one who protested him. As a result that guy got paid and made the last cut... He never fished in private waters he just boated through it on the way to his water. lets see what the appeal does for him. I think he' ll win it. It just sucks to start the year that way -- no matter how the appeal ends up. Hopefully he wins the appeal but what can they do, give him $10k? What about the potential winnings had he still been fishing... Just a bad deal all the way around... Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Thanks Billy I've been lurking just not posting. It's been a long year for me. I'm tired of all the travel. I've been extremely lucky and have seen most of planet earth on someone else's dime but it's time to get off the road. Haven't been in my boat for almost a year. I read that his reinstatement will not change any other anglers status so he just gets 12th place earnings and 12 place points. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
