Check Academy. I picked one up for 280 bucks with the paddles and back rest (ready to go) just add life vest and water.

check out www.paddling.net
they have a decent classified section. Also check out ebay, they usally have some kayaks on there. Your best bet to get one at 200 or under is to go in the used market.
