We only caught 8 whites, but had a good time. here are a few pics I took while on the water.

our fishing guide Tony Ballard.

Almost wanted to quit fishing and start turkey hunting. these birds would gobble at you if you talked to them.

Cody, enjoyed it. Tell your pop we might let him go with us next time.

Looks great down there, great pictoral recap of the day... Shocked to see the snake out sunning. I doubt it got above 50 degrees this weekend and the sun never showed, where are the pics of the fish???

Congrats on catching a few and getting out to enjoy the day. Lots of wildlife viwed for sure... Those gobblers will definately get you wired for turkey season... :-)
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Will, great recap. It was nice to meet you at Nutty Brown the other night. I need to make it out there more often. Can't wait until the whites start making a hard run.

I told Toro Sr. that I was going to take the wife out on Sunday. You need to get toro sr. to get Tony to take the boat out again and meet us up there. I am going to launch at reimers. You and your dad are welcome to meet me there and go out.

How far of a run is it from the boat ramp Will? Think the ramp area is kayak fishable?

Rob, where I am going to put in Sunday is right where the fish are. Saw several people fishing from a kayak/canoe/bass busters. I will be launching at Reimers Sunday morning if you would like to follow me out there let me know. It is on Hamilton Pool Road. If you launch anywhere else it is a 20 minute run with an outboard. Unless you eat a box of wheaties I suggest launching at Reimers. I can fish 4 out of the boat as long as we are trolling. Though it can be quit cramped.

I've got some chores to do out near Seguin this Sunday. Burn some brush, clear some brush, drink some beer. :-)

Where do ya'll turn off Hamilton Pool road at? I might give it a try sometime in the Kayak.
