Hit Benbrook with my 6 year old today and slammed the sandies pretty well, we each caught a double once, trolling Hellpet rigs. Caught one on minnows ,one on a trap and the rest on the hell pet. Best of all I have an addict and fishing buddy for life now!

That's some good looking fish and the smile from your son says it all. Its always fun to start the kids fishing while they are young. I have two boys that I have showed how to fish since they were three years of age. Now they are my best fishing partners along with my wife. Teach them all you can so that when they and we are older they will take us fishing. |

Way to go, I bet if I asked your son, he'd say he caught more than you did. |

Way to go David. I have had some great hunts with my dad and grandpa but they don't compare to the fishing trips we have had. Great memories for sure that will last a lifetime. |

Gotta Love those Skiffs! They are some fish catching machines. I've been known to pinch a tail or two in my life!
