I'm jealous...would love to go down there sometime. Went to Guerrero (sp?) back in 1984 and had a blast.

Been twice and its unbelievable. Had my line broke by a couple monsters. Caught a 11lb and a 9lb bass. My buddy caught a 14lb and a 11lb same morning. I plan on going back here in a year or so. Definitely a trip you need to make if you are a bass fisherman.

Finally got a picture of my El Salto bass. They are replicas done by Lake Fork Taxidermy. They did great work, its hard to tell they are fake.

VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lake Fork Taxidermy does a great job. I had them do my Purtis Creek 11 pounder and I am quite pleased.

Nice fish Justin...
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

Both times I have been were in early April. The first time was actually a little better even though the locals had their nets out for Tilapia. I can't complain out either trip, it just seemed we had a couple more bigger fish on the first time. I caught one slow rolling a spinner bait and the other on a 10in lizard carolina rigged. It truely is a bass fishermans paradise. You get up, eat a great breakfast, go fish, come back eat lunch, take a little nap and hit it again until dusk and come back to margaritas, beer, steaks, or whatever is on the menu for that night. I can't wait to get back.
