Went wednesday after work. Didn't get on the water until 9:30. Took a friend that I haven't fished with in quite some time. Managed to boat 7 with a couple of them being dinks. Biggest was 3lbs. The bad part was, my buddy zeroed. He said I helped him make a decision. NOT TO BUY A BOAT! Went this morning with a cousin. Today was different, only caught a couple after 4hrs of fishing. Really tough. A friend left a note on the truck and he had a tough time also. I thought it was just me. Will try again saturday with my son. Hope they are biting better. |

Hey Charles, yes I did fish the reeds but I didn't try any boat docks. You said the other day that this was your new favorite lake, should I have tried the docks? |

I fished reeds, boat docks, main lake and secondary points. I caught fish evrywhere I went except for one place. I'm going out there in the morning. If you go look for a red, white and black bass cat. |

If you would have fished rocks you would have covered the whole lake. I'll be out there friday for my club tournament. Hopefully they will still be biting. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. My bass club webpage http://texbass.8m.com/

Oops, I did fish some rip rap (and caught a fish). Robert, I was out there today and only caught three. Everyone I spoke with was having a difficult time. The water sure was dirty and the gail force winds really sucked. |

Charles, Thanks for the update. I but it did suck with all that wind. It woke me up today. Hopefully the water will continue to warm, clear a little, wind die down and the fish turn on by this weekend. |
