PQ keeps so thin by missing meals. He is so busy running and schooling that he probably doesn't have time to eat every day.:-)

Man that looks good BB... It has been a few weeks since I berled some bugs... Maybe I can get some this weekend.

My recipe has been handed down for generations and originated with my great, great, great, great, grandma. It has been cared for and never altered because it is perfect just as it is. She would probably roll over in her grave if I gave it up....

Yea' right........... Like I am going to take the time to make a roux and all that stuff during the week... HA! The recipe is very simple BB, go to Albertsons and buy this jar.

This stuff has wonderful flavor and I generally add some cayenne to it. But all said and done I can have a great meal on the table in about 25 minutes with this stuff. Of course, I think part of the rich flavor comes from all the crawfish fat that is still on the tails when I put them in the blend. :-) I also let it cool for 5 or 10 minutes before serving to give the crawfish some time to absorb more flavor. I have also used this with shrimp and it is a very tasty dish.
