I'll explain if not. When my grandmother fries fish and she is done she will take a bunch of the left over cornmeal and mix it in with some of the grease. She will cook the cornmeal until it is done. Then they spread it over pieces of white bread. Now before Rudey asks if this is how I got the big in front of my handle no its not. I can't stand the stuff though my grandpa believe that is why he is still up and going strong at 91.
