Thanks Guys, After hanging around the ramp at the GYB and talking to some guides and seasoned fishermen I am wondering if I need two motors?
Mike - On your Aquasport - do you or your family use the cabin?

Big-P - Nice Boat! Good Price! I will definately keep it in mind. I think it can handle what I need but I am not sure about single engine - or even if I will be changing boats or not .... Decisions decisions....

I know it may look I am promoting another site here but there is also a good thread going on right now over on TRB discussing the very subject of twin motors. http://www.texasrodbenders.com/discus/messages/164/13559.html?1117714259
I know if I was going offshore I would want another motor or someone in another boat. I know your thinking hey its a new motor nothing can happen but even new cars get flar tires. That is the way I think of it anyway. |

Dean,
The wife and kids use the cabin everytime we go out. We usually make a day of it when we go fishing and don't get back home until the sun goes down. So when the wife, kids, and myself gotta go you gotta go and when other boats are close by you are glad to have some privacy. Also when the weather gets bad the kid go into the cabin also if it gets cold out the the cuddy is a warm place to be. Over all the family and even my friends have been very happen with the cuddy and I have been too.
