Fish caught on live bait and a fish caught on artificial is a fish caught! I like artificial but if it takes LIVE I'm all over it.  Crappie are better than any STINKING CATFISH ANY STINKING DAY! Almost as good as fresh speckle trout: worms and all!!!! It kinda looks like a SNOOK! | ||

Mullet are TOPS - Except for the jellyfish TOPPING!! Take the mullet while you are fishing on the boat - bring lemons tortillias, and jalapinos - Filet the Mullet while still kicking - squeeze lemon on filets - place strips of jalapino across the meat - wrap in tortillia for 45min - open and indulge!! Try it --- Dont forget - if portugese man-o-war is available it sure goes good in the tortillia with that mullet mix!! Just be sure to include the tennacles -- they add a little zing to the meal!!
