Went wednesday morning after working all night. Took an ex-neighbor along. Didn't get on the water until 9:30am. Expected to see a lot of boats because we were going after stripers. Only saw 2 other boats on the water. BAD SIGN! At the ramp there were some sandies schooling, so we started there. Caught a few. Moved to ti point in a small cove. Lots of fish surfacing. Managed to catch a few more sandies, 1 small striper, bass and a 3lb smallie! 11:30 rolled around and with that kind of heat, I was give out. Felt better about texoma though after not skunking again! Sorry, didn't get any pics of the smallie. | ||

sounds like fun, i want so bad to catch a bronzeback my fat fingers cant spell I'll probably turn into a floating turd and Picou will break the knob off my post counter immediately. ATW 2/10/05

Yea,I have never caught a smallie. Someone will have to try to put me on them when they are hot!!  Love to fish and hunt. | ||

Congrats on getting into them Robert... I need to get back over to Texoma for one last run before deer season cranks up.  Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish
