Mike
This looks great to me. Please let me know when you find out the price on the Tehas hats. Then we can get a grand total and get the hats on order.
Thanks for your help

Will do Andy.

Hey, does this get me an entry into the championship???? :-) :-) :-) Just kidding... With the price of fuel I could not afford to haul over there. :-( I do look forward to hearing the results of the event.

Mike
I bet you would like Lake Jacksonville but it can be a hard lake just like any other.

I am looking forward to the Champioship myself but I hate that the season will be over after that. I look forward to fishing every Thursday night and hate the Winter time because it is dark at 5:30. But the thought of the spring is what makes it all better.

Also can we take the Lake Jacksonville Champioship Logo that you made and put it along with a link to our web site on your main page. I will just start telling people to go to your web site to get to the Lake Jacksonville site.
Let me know what you think.

Our Web site is
WWW.LAKEJACKSONVILLE.ZOOMSHARE.COM

Long name but it is FREE.
Thanks

What's it take to get into the championship? Money or standings?

I talked to Andy today about the caps and he was fishing this evening. I asked the other day about getting into the championship and some earned a free ride but others were allowed to enter based on some criteria. He is going fishing in Canada next week so if he does not respond tonight or tomorrow it may be a week before he sees this.

The Championship is a team tournament. It cost $75 a team. It will also have a single entry fee of $40 if you want to fish it alone. Each boat also has a optional $10 BIG BASS POT that they can get in on if they want. This is a stringer tournament. Large mouth have to be 18 inches (state reg on the lake)and spots can be any size. If you have won a first place on a Thursday night during the year then you have a free entry into the tournament but if your parntner has not won first place then he must pay the single entry of $40. I made this a team tournament instead of an individual stringer tournament because the individual is two hard to control. What I mean is that if you have two guys in the same boat and one has a stringer of 26 pounds and the other weighs in 1 fish for 2 pound stringer all the other anglers would go nuts. Even if it did truely happen this way the others would never buy it and I would start to lose anglers at the tournaments. My goal is to run a tournament that is 100% fair and blocks out most of the chances for cheating and for speculation of cheating. I know you can never block this out 100% but I think we have a good system going. Thanks for your Question.
