Dean,

Not sure if you are interested. More of a bay boat. Good friend of mine.

howdy!
I'm going to sell my 19' 6", 1994 Predator SST, with 120 V4 Evinrude, Great White troll motor, Bimini top, new carpet, new trailer boards, canvass cover, anchors, 4 batteries, etc. Asking $5950. Motor and troll motor both work very well. Boat is in very good shape. Thought you might have some contacts that fish the East Texas lakes or go to the coast that would be interested in the boat.
I emailed Dan back about the Nov trip. I won't be able to make it. Maybe I can make a spring trip.
Hope all is well in E. TX.
Love to fish and hunt.

Still trying to get out of the Ranger. Lawers su?@ and so does the boat. I can't win. The new boat worked fine when I took it out but I still want out of the Ranger. Once I get out of it I can look at something like this and an off shore boat?

Thanks for thinking of me!

Dean,
What if we went fishing out at the Jetty's. Anchored and then in the course of fishing and we didn't notice the anchor slipped and we washed up on the rocks creating a HUGE hole in the bottom of the boat causing it to sink instantly?

Make sure the engine is running when it sinks. If not the insurance company will want to repair it. If the motor is trashed also, they would probably total it. Just food for thought. Not that I would recommend or suggest doing such a thing, but......

Now your talking!! I'll bet it is over $100K?

Today I found a 27' 1995 Grady center console with twin Johnson 225 and less than 400hrs for $33K. The boat has been kept indoors most of its life. Supposed to be immaculate! I WANT IT! My next issue - how to tow it around. My 1500 Chevy might not be too happy after a few trips down to the coast. I think the weight - loaded will exceed 7Klbs. I've gotta do some homework.

No more than I have to spend!! The 27 Grady is $33K and I feel that is a little more than I want to spend - but if it is worth it I might. I understand that every foot and every 1000lb makes a big difference?

The Dog House is listed for $86K! That is more than I paid for my house! Too rich for my blood.

Dean,
It looks like if you will park that ranger in the right spot mother nature will take care of her for you Friday night. Or you could just hook onto it and bring it to the metroplex and take old Picou fishing. :-)

But I need the 70 gallons gas?

Actually, when I think of the Ranger hull I think of James Bond and visualize him jumping over structure. I think the hull is that strong. Also the hull is completely foam filled and cannot be sunk or even capsized because of the boyancy factor... Teach me to buy a good boat...
