I've been away from the computer for a while and nose to the grindstone or doing something. Deer season is winding down and it will be fishing time again. I am looking forward to the first trip to Monticello in late January. Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

I got one more weekend to chase deer and then it is back to the marsh for duck hunting and speckle trout slaughtering. Why am I going to Sonora again this weekend? Quit being a mad, little bald man!

We need to drive past Fork this year Mike and go on to Monticello. I'm sure everyone is ready to come back up to Texoma for some more striper action. I actually fished Texoma last Friday. Launched the boat in 18 degree weather. If it hadn't been the last tournament I would have skipped it. Turned out to be a good day. Caught 9 keepers in about 5 hours of fishing. I've got one more trip to Kansas this week then I'm back to fishing. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. We all lead boring fishing lives Dean this time of year. We just check in once in a while to see if anyone else catching which does not appear to be happening. Quit being a mad, little bald man!
