A couple of weeks ago I was commenting on the issues I had heard about some of the new shimano reels. Well, it looks like they are addressing it.

Have to agree that I'm also glad to see this out considering I just bought a new Shimano Chronarch which does not look like it is affected. Not that I ever fish like that. It is crank and reel as fast as you can here 97% of the time.

That's good to hear Mike. Shimano is a good company with top of the line products and customer service.

No. I went look around Academy today to see if they had any of those baits to look at but had none. I'll probably be going to Bass Pro in Katy in a couple of weekends and look for a few there and see what I think.
