Justin, I went to Oklahoma last week to visit my buddy Jeremy Thomas and he said he new you. We went to see their new place and let the kids play. You need to get up there some time if you can. He is in the middle of hunting/fishing paradise. We saw some deer but it was some of the thickest country I've ever seen. I may end up hunting some with him this season since I don't have a lease. Just thought it was funny that he new you. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. My bass club webpage http://texbass.8m.com/

Yessir, he told me about that. Him and his father in law have been trying to get me up there to hunt for the last three or four years. I have made it to Jeremy's families place twice I think for quick little trips, but that's all I have managed. I actually showed him your thread from the Ray Roberts tournament yesterday. The guy you said won it, Travis Weick, works in this building as well. We checked out your website and he recognized a bunch of names on there as well. Bert Petrie used to work with the both of us here in Kilby also. I know there is a ton of turkey's up there where they hunt as well. Jeremy gets his birds every year. |

We may have to make a trip up there this fall for some hunting. I think they still offer a buck/doe package for $250 and he said the permit to hunt the land by his house is $25. I want to do some fishing up there this year as well. I would like to fish Broken Bow lake. Supposed to super clear and full of spotted bass and walleyes. Never caught a walleye but I hear the eat better than crappie. I think Jeremy said you lived in Aubrey. A guy I work with over here in DM5 just moved over there and his wife opened up an animal clinic. His name is Bryan Sammons. I worked with Bert in Sherman. He was a tech when I started working at that site. Best guy at BSn I ever seen. He would have me convinced I had a bad part then I would find out it didn't exist on the tool. Come back to him and all the senior techs would be laughing the rears off. Good guy though. Glad he's fishing the club now. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. My bass club webpage http://texbass.8m.com/

You said a mouthful there! They sent Bert and another buddy of mine out to California to do some training on one of our tools on time. My buddy was telling us that Bert had the PE's in the training class convinced that TI uses a Kerosene wash on their polishers to keep them clean! He said that he had those guys in awe. We will have to see what we can work out. My schedule for probably the rest fo this year is really hectic, so I haven't figured on hunting much at all, but let me know and I will see what I can clear up. By hunting season I should be freed up at least a little. Broken Bow sounds good as well. I've got the fishin' bug bad right now! I might be able to squeeze away for a fishing trip on a Sunday if the timing is right. He keeps telling me how Kristi's Grandpa has a creek on his place that has a ton of smallmouth in it. We've lived up in Aubrey, actually just south, for going on 3 years now. If Bryan lives up there, I am sure he knows where the Providence subdivison is. If that's the animal clinic I am thinking about, my sister has taken her dog over there a couple times. What shift do you work? We should all try to hook up for lunch or something on of these days. That slacker Charles works just down the street as well and would probably join us. |

You guys tellin' Bert stories?! I saw him convince a engineer in the west building at sherman that we had recently purchased some rectifier wire. He would have went on believing it too if I hadn't broke out laughing but butt off. funny stuff. |

I'm currently on D-shift so a lunch get together would have to be on an off day. I believe Bryan's clinic is off of 377 and near a school. I'll talk to him more when I get back to work and find out for sure. He works C-shift so maybe we can all meet up one day around Aubrey for lunch. I have a hard time scheduling trips so a lot of mine occur spur of the moment. If we can't hook up for a Broken Bow trip we can try going over to Ray Roberts some time. I'll try to giving a heads up if I see a for sure free day coming up. If you're richer than me I think we're related. If you're poorer than me I know we're related. Let's work on it and see what we can come up with. With my wife in school, I have my little boy everyday I'm not working. Sundays are my best bet for getting away though. I will let Jeremy know and tell him to see what he has going on. He said saturday he was getting the fishing bug as well. Robert, that's hilarious. Bert's a character for sure. |
