I've been waiting for some time to go catch some trout Went out February 22 but didn't score. It was foggy -

Fog

Ended up with a few flounder and sandies (96qt cooler) -

But yesterday was the day. First I went to the North Jetty and managed 1 Trout around 22in. Also landed a rat red, sheephead, hard head, Black Drum, and had 1 break off. I moved to my flounder spot and not even a bite (except piggies). I moved to west bay and within 5 minutes I had a trout on. The bite was off and on but I did manage a limit of trout with the smallest being 17in and the largest at 22in.

I started throwing a chartruse corkey but had no bites. It was getting late so I decided to call it a day.

Had a blast - PQ - I was thinking of ya all day - Wade - I figure these trout had plenty of them Cajun trout for dinner!!!

I am experiencing some difficulty getting pictures to al load?

Nice fish Dean. Those trout are some fine eating. Wish I was closer to the coast.

Nice catch Dean! I was wondering if you gave up fishing or something with your disappearance on here. Those are some big fish compared to what was happening this weekend down here but we were filling 100 qt full of those size a month ago. :-)

Glad to see you got the boat out and brought back some fish. That fog would have been too spooky with the size ships running the channel... :-)

Congrats on catching some solid fish and thanks for sharing the pics.
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

You need to change your name from "Bigun" to "The Angler". As usual outstanding job and coverage.
