Hey guys. I'm not even sure how I got here! I did a search for "Norton Bull Minnow" and the next thing I know I'm here...for about two hours! I'm fairly regular over at TBH.com so all of these names just jumped out at me. How did I not find this site earlier? It is bad to the bone  . I'm planning on spending most of the weekend on Caddo so hopefully I'll have a report on Monday. Just wanted to say hi | ||

We did so-so on Saturday on Caddo. Caught a few fish on the river on Red Shad Powerworms with no weight. As is often the pattern there nothing was very big. We picked up another couple of fish to three pounds on the trees near Big Lake (the open part of the lake) on finesse worms. We didn't fish particularly hard or long so its hard to complain too much . Saw Chronacrch motoring into Shady Glade at 11:40 but didn't get a chance to introduce myself. As usual it was a blast fishing on one of the most beautiful lakes in Texas. | ||

Glad you had a great time, that is by far the most interesting lake I have ever been on and I cannot wait to go back. Shady Glade is where I launched when we stayed there in November. Hopefully there was more water then when I was there... I had to keep the motor trimmed up to stay out of the mud almost all the way to the river. Where's the pix????? Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

PQ, forgot the camera  . That made my wife real happy since we were supposed to hunt Easter eggs later in the afternoon (my parents have a house on the river). Let me know the next time you plan on heading out this way. I consider Caddo my home lake and spend a lot of weekends out there. I'm not saying that I can put you on fish, but can at least tell you where the best scenery is . And I can definitely get you to the river in deep water. | ||
