Here are a few pics from our club tourney on Pat Mayse this weekend. It was windy and storming but me and my partner still put a pattern together good enough for thirty two pounds of fish between the two of us. I partner weighed 15.13 and I weighed 16.93 lb sack but it still wasn't good enough for first. The leader weighed in a 21 lb sack with a 7.5 pound kicker!
Hopefully my string will hold up for a second place finish, the rest of the club finish up today. Our pattern consisted of pitching soft plastics on wind blown main lake and secondary points in 20- 30mph winds. Stumps and pads were usually present. Don't know what the big bags pattern was but he wasn't fishing where we were. First pick is of me and my 5.29 lb. fish and a couple others and the second is of my partner Jimmie and his two best fish, twin 4.3 pounders. The last is of Mark and his big fish.

Rumbanator Rolls in with the Big Sack...

Ya' know, 2nd place is always best when Texfisher's number is higher... :-) Congrats on the 2nd place finish. Very nice and thanks for sharing the pics... Maybe one of these days I will make another TexBass tournament. Keep it up...
Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

It's been 10 years since I fished that lake looks like it doing really well! Is the lake low? I just never hear anything about that lake.

Way to go Dave. I wish my day would have gone better but I was happy with 4 fish weighing in a little over 13 lbs. Needed a solid 5th fish to catch Dave but it didn't happen. I had one that was almost 6 lbs but I forgot my camera on this one so no picture.

Congrats on your finish.

Pat Mayse is a cool little lake. My clubs championship tournament was there last October. I had never fished the lake so I talked to a buddy of mine and he suggested I fish the Dam all day long. Sure ennough, my partner and I fished the dam all day and caught fish all day. We came in second place.
