I took a day off to get into some of the action on Texoma. The wind was up pretty good but that didn't tear up the fishing. I had my limit by 10:00 AM and had to return a bunch of oversized fish back to the lake. Also returned one Blue Cat. If you guys get a chance to go Texoma is hot right now.  | ||

Yea... Give it up Hotrods... I need to take the kids out there fishing in a bad way. You staying at the lake all weekend? Congrats on a great morning.  Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

These fish were caught in the Big Mineral Arm of Texoma just off the North shore of the entrance to Walnut creek in 36 feet of water. I caught them on live shad and Storm wildeye lures in the Glass/Tiger 4" style. I did pick up a couple on top (Chug Bugs / green/tiger) but most of the action was at 22'-24'. The whole Big Mineral arm and the entrance to Buncome creek is full of fish right now. I just had Thursday to fish as I have to "run" the smoker all weekend. | ||
