Good luck Charles. That is a hard lake to fish.

Thank you Lord for my family and the waters I get to fish

I have a freind in the Irving Bass Club that won a McDonald tournament at Fork one year. He won a Truck, a pontoon boat and a basscat if I'm not mistaken. So Charles can do it!!

I would rather not say:-) Still licking my wounds!

I caught a 5.02 Friday. That fish was worth $1,000.00 to $700.00 depending on which hour weighed. Problem number 1, I wasn't entered in the tournament Friday. Problem number 2, that fish was the kiss of death for us. We zeroed on Saturday and caught three babies on Sunday.

If any of you know of anybody wanting to buy a boat, rods, reels or anything fishing let me know. I've heard bowling is fun:-)

Note to self: Never fish two and half days and try to drive four hours home on the last day. Next year I'm coming home on Monday. I'm whooped.

If I were you... I'd sell everything too...

I'll give ya' $100 for it to save you the countless thousands you are going to throw away over the next couple of years... :-)

I can't do those monster entry tournaments. Too many folks for me. Kudos to you for sticking it out and making it home. If you are determined to do it again next year, you are poised for success.

Any major tournaments going on at Fork? Connie is taking Corey to a lesson Saturday morning then a play-day Saturday evening. She gave me the green light to take Jessica fishing Saturday so I was considering a trip to CC to pre-fish but some time on Fork sounds pretty appealing as well. Maybe we can watch "The Incredibles" when it gets too hot to fish... :-)

In the shop. Think it might have a bad piston.
